Subprocessors

#1. Scope

This page is the subprocessor list referred to in Section 9.1 of our Data Policy. It lists the third parties that a2sys Co., Ltd. engages to provide the GPU-based AI model inference API services (the "Services").

Under our Zero Data Retention commitment, the Company does not store Customer Content, and no subprocessor listed below is engaged for the purpose of storing it. The subprocessors below process Request Metadata, and may transiently process Inputs and Outputs only for the duration required to return a response.

#2. Current Subprocessors

Our corporate website is hosted separately by GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages) in the United States. That hosting is not part of the Services and does not process Customer Content or Request Metadata; it is addressed in our Privacy Policy.

#3. Changes to This List

In accordance with Section 9.4 of the Data Policy, the Company posts any intended change of subprocessor on this page at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. A Customer may object on reasonable data-protection grounds by contacting the Company at infra@a2sys.ai.

Intended changes are posted under Upcoming Changes on this page before they take effect. Changes that have taken effect are recorded under Change History.

#4. Upcoming Changes

Intended changes of subprocessor are posted in this section in advance of the change taking effect, as the notice referred to in Section 9.4 of the Data Policy. Each entry states the change, the reason for it, and the date on which it takes effect.

Changes that have taken effect are recorded in this section, together with the date on which the change was posted and the date on which it took effect. This section is the record of the notice given under Section 9.4 of the Data Policy.
